Limited Lifetime Warranty

Ready to Shoulder will repair or replace your product (at our discretion) if we determine your product failed under normal use.

If the defect isn’t clearly visible, we will request the part be returned to us for inspection.

Instructions regarding your warranty claim will be emailed upon approval of your claim.

NOTE - warranties apply to purchases made from www.readytoshoulder.com and authorized resellers.

Warranty items are subject to the availability of replacement parts or parts necessary to complete a repair. If the defective part has been discontinued or is no longer available, we will suggest a substitute or alternative part. If no substitute part is available, the discontinued part is no longer covered under warranty.

Warranty Exclusions, Exceptions & Limitations

Please note that a limited number of wear items are excluded from our Limited Lifetime Warranty including, but not limited to:

• Lost parts
• Damage from unintended uses
• Cosmetic blemishes/fading that may develop over time, but do not impact performance
• Apparel

Our warranty is limited to Ready to Shoulder products only. Ready to Shoulder does not warranty and is not liable for damage to your vehicle, weapon or person as a result of the installation and use of our products. Our warranty does not cover any Ready to Shoulder products that have been altered or modified in any way.

Ready to Shoulder is not liable for misuse of product or improper firearm handling or transportation.

Returns 

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery of the purchase for unused product if the product does not meet customer expectations.
